Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to COVID, please allow an extra 3 business days potential delays. However, most orders should ship out in the appropriate time frame.
Please allow 8 to 15 business days to receive your item once your item ships. Your tracking number will also allow you to estimate when the package will arrive.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $3.99 USD flat rate shipping on any order $49.99 USD and below (or the equivalent of $49.99 USD converted to your currency) to:
- USA
- Australia
- UK
- Canada
- Germany
- All other countries
If you are ordering in another country outside of the USA, the shipping rate will be converted into your native currency.
If you order over $50.00 USD of products (or $50.00 USD or higher converted in your native currency) shipping is free.
All currency conversions are automatic and are based on your location. If you'd like to pay in another currency, you can check the box at the top right of the screen dropdown to select a different currency.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available once your receive the email.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@zestbalance.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@zestbalance.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
