Our policy lasts 100 days from the day you actually receive the item in the mail. If 100 days have gone by since your product has arrived, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our default return policy timeline is 100 days. However, some products may have an extended return policy. Please check each individual product page for specific return policy confirmation. If no return timeframe is mentioned, then our default is 100 days.
Our process is as follows:
- First, e-mail us at support@zestbalance.com or use our Contact Us form and please include your order number with either method.
- We'll reply to your email and provide you with postage you can use in order to send the product back to us. This allows us to pay for your return shipping costs so you don't have any extra costs. Just use the same packaging we sent the original item in and add our postage.
- Last, once we receive your item, we'll refund your money on your selected payment method. Please allow up to a week for the return to process as it can take time to refund and usually needs at least a few business days. (We'll issue the initial refund within 3 business days after receiving the item)
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@zestbalance.com.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@zestbalance.com and please make sure to incude your order number and any applicable additional information.
