Just e-mail us (support@zestbalance.com), use our contact form,  reply to your order email, or call us (1-877-223-6413) and let us know you'd like to do a return. We'll send you return postage and just use it on your original package. 

Once we receive the item, we'll give you 100% of the money back. Contact us any time about the status, but we usually process within 1 business day of receiving the item back.
